 Registration 2012-2013

Registration for the 2012-2013 school year consists of two components: online pre-registration and on-site registration. All families, whether you choose to pay fees online or on-site, are required to verify and update their email address, phone numbers, emergency contacts and health information online through Family Access. Completing this process at home will ensure a faster on-site process. Online pre-registration opens Wednesday, July 25 for fee payment and personal data verification. You must still attend on-site registration at the designated times listed below in order to have your ID/Yearbook picture taken (new this year), receive textbooks, class schedule, as well as turn in a physical, vaccination record and/or medication form. If you cannot attend on-site registration we recommend that you utilize our online service for payment and make arrangements for a friend or family member to pick up textbooks and materials at the times designated below.

 2012-2013 Online Pre-Registration

Online pre-registration is available July 25 - August 17. All parents are encouraged to complete the online process in order to share important information necessary to complete on-site registration in a timely manner. All student information (family, emergency, and medical information) provided during registration will be entered directly by parents into Family Access.

To complete pre-registration:
1) The parent/guardian must log into Family Access using the primary parent/guardian's login credentials.
2) Complete/Update all available information fields .
3) Finishing this information prior to on-site registration will allow the parent and/or student to by-pass these steps on-site.
4) If online pre-registration is not completed prior to on-site registration, a parent must accompany the student to on-site registration due to parental liability/medical services sign-off regulations.
5) Students must attend on-site registration to pick-up the student ID, books, and other course materials.

 2012-2013 On-Site Registration

On-site registration for the 2012-13 school year is scheduled for August 15, 16, 17, and 20. All students must attend on-site registration to pick-up student IDs, books, and related course materials.

Wednesday, August 15
Noon to 7 p.m. – Sophomores

Thursday, August 16
Noon to 7 p.m. – Freshmen

Friday, August 17
7:30 to 3 p.m. – Seniors

Monday, August 20
Noon to 7 p.m. – Juniors

*Registration is closed for lunch on Friday from 11 a.m.-12:00 p.m., and all other days from 3:00-4:00 p.m. for dinner*
